Loss of Information

While unlikely, it is important to note that there is a risk of data loss during the repair process. We highly recommend that you 

back up all important information on your device before handing it over for repair. This precautionary measure will help safeguard your data in the event of any unforeseen issues during the repair process.

Apple Repair Pop Up Notification

While repairing Apple devices, a pop-up notification will be displayed to inform you that a serialized part has been replaced by a third-party repair service. These parts include, displays, cameras, and batteries. This notification is solely for Apple's right to repair stance and does not impact the performance or functionality of the repaired device. We believe in keeping our customers informed about any changes made during the repair process to ensure complete transparency and trust in our services.

This message will go away after 14 days, it may randomly pop up like a text message that can be viewed or swiped away.

Warranty

Iowa iRepair offers a one-year warranty on both parts and labor, excluding damages caused by water or physical harm, such as cracking the screen again. We reserve the right to deny warranty coverage in cases where the damage is deemed to result from physical abuse or causes outside normal use.

Bio Hazzard Fee

In the event that a device is found to have a roach infestation or other biohazard conditions, an additional fee of $50 will be applied to cover the necessary sanitation and handling procedures. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse repair services if the device is deemed too hazardous to work on, ensuring the safety of our staff and other clients. This fee is intended to address any potential health risks associated with infestations and to maintain a clean and safe working environment. This fee is non refundable.

Third Party Repair

I acknowledge that Iowa iRepair is an independent third-party service provider and is not associated with Verizon Wireless, Apple, PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo. Customers utilizing Iowa iRepair's services, do so at their own risk, understanding that any repairs or services provided are not covered or endorsed by the aforementioned companies or their warranties.
